On January 19-30, 2015, The Land Forces Combat Training Center „Getica” hosted the RESOLUTE SUPPORT 15-1 exercise. The mission rehearsal exercise brought the 33rd Mountain Battalion face to face to an operational environment similar to the one the battalion will meet in the theatre of operations.

During this exercise, the 33rd Mountain Battalion was given the opportunity to apply, validate and adapt its standing operating procedures to the latest operational environment conditions. For the purpose of training, the battalion had at its disposal the different types of LFCTC’s simulation systems.
