Land Forces Combat Training Center “Getica” received the Unit Colors

On 25th October, LF CTC celebrated not only the Romanian Armed Forces Day, but it also received the Unit Colors.

 

At the event, in addition to the LF CTC’s personnel and the guests of honor, participated the brigade general Vasile Roman, the chief of Land Forces Training and Doctrine, assigned to hand over the Unit Colors.

 

The brigade general Vasile Roman was honored and expressed his joy and gratitude to be part of such an important moment, offering his congratulations to the CTC’s personnel

 

The LF CTC’s commander received the Unit Colors and with excitement, delivered the oath of faith, accompanied by his subordinated military personnel.

 

With this occasion, the CTC’s medic, LTC Daniel Aron organized an exercise, presenting how a first aid point works in the theatre of operations. The guests were impressed by the professionalism of the ones involved in the exercise.

 

Following the exercise, the guests were presented the real, constructive and virtual simulation systems, along with the LF CTC’s military equipment and combat vehicles. To conclude the event, the pupils of the secondary school of Cincu held an impressive performance, while proudly wearing specific traditional outfits.

 

The Unit Colors was handed to the LF CTC based on the presidential decree no. 557 of August, 25th 2014.
